Return and Refund Policy of Fu Ning Group Enterprise

Thank you for supporting Fu Ning Group Enterprise. If, for any reason, the user is dissatisfied with the product or service received, we invite the user to review the following Return and Refund Policy.
This policy applies to all products and services purchased through the Fu Ning Group Enterprise website (“this Website”).
1. Return and Exchange Policy
Online Purchases:
If the user purchased items (such as talismans, ritual items, etc.) from our Website and received them damaged (non-human causes) or received incorrect items, the user may contact us within three (3) days of receipt to arrange a return and exchange.
Example: If the user received the items on May 1, please contact us before or on May 3.
Items eligible for exchange (not refund) must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in brand new condition
- Original packaging, complete accessories, and proof of purchase must be retained
Please Note:
- Items are eligible for exchange only, no cash refunds.
- If the exchanged item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid; no refund will be issued for lower-value exchanges.
- Discounted or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Original delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation and Refund:
In the case of cancellation, incorrect payments, or duplicate payments, Fu Ning Group Enterprise will evaluate and handle refunds at our sole discretion.
Refunds will be processed via a method determined by Fu Ning Group Enterprise, and not necessarily through the user’s original payment method.
All refund requests are subject to approval, and unjustified refund requests will not be entertained.
2. Conditions for Return
To ensure smooth processing, please make sure the following conditions are met:
- The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the item
- The item is in its original condition and packaging
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized ritual items (e.g., engraved talismans)
- Services already rendered (e.g., consecration, feng shui consultation, rituals, spiritual ceremonies)
- Burnt, used, or activated items (e.g., talismans, incense)
- Perishable, time-sensitive or deterioration-prone items (e.g., flower offerings, light offerings)
- Items that have been mixed or combined with others and cannot be separated
Fu Ning Group Enterprise reserves the right to reject any return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
3. Return Procedure and Address
The user will be responsible for any costs and risks associated with returning the item. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service to return the item to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in return transit. Returns without proof of delivery or confirmed receipt will not be processed.
