Fu Ning Group Enterprise Website Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of the Fu Ning Group Enterprise website, related applications, and services (collectively, the “Fu Ning Platform”). By accessing or using the Fu Ning Platform, the user (“user”, “the user”) agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If the user does not agree to these Terms, please do not use or access the Fu Ning Group Platform.

Fu Ning Group Enterprise (“we”, “us”, or “our”) reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time at our sole discretion, without prior notice to users. Continued use of the Fu Ning Platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Please note these Terms include important provisions regarding dispute resolution, including arbitration and waiver of class actions. Users agree that any disputes arising from use of the Fu Ning Group Platform will be resolved in accordance with these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and Fu Ning Group Enterprise concerning the user’s use of the Fu Ning Platform, including our website, applications, online services, products, and events.

Our Privacy Policy and other related policies are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please read all such policies carefully as they form part of this agreement.

1. Account and Registration

1.1 If the user chooses to register an account on the Fu Ning Group Platform, the user must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information.
1.2 The user is responsible for safeguarding the account password and for all activities that occur under the account.
1.3 The user should notify us immediately if any unauthorized use of the account is suspected.

2. Services Description

2.1 The Fu Ning Group Platform offers services including but not limited to event registrations, product orders, donation records, announcements, and related religious information.
2.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service or feature at our sole discretion without prior notice.
2.3 All events and services require payment of the specified fees (缘金) upon registration to proceed. Some services or additional options may have minimum fees amounts to ensure proper execution and resource allocation.

3. Products and Orders

3.1 Product information such as images, descriptions, and fees are provided with care but may contain inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct such errors.
3.2 By placing an order, the user agrees to supply the fees specified for the product or service.
3.3 Orders are valid only after confirmation by Fu Ning Group Enterprise. We reserve the right to cancel orders under special circumstances and notify the user.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

4.1 Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform.
4.2 Payments are generally non-refundable except in cases such as duplicate payment or erroneous orders, subject to our review and approval.
4.3 Approved refunds will be processed via a method selected at the sole discretion of Fu Ning Group Enterprise, and may not be returned through the original payment method.

5. Delivery and Shipping

5.1 Some products or religious items may require delivery.
5.2 We strive to ensure timely delivery but are not liable for delays or damage caused by third-party logistics providers.
5.3 Incorrect or incomplete delivery information or failure to receive may result in return shipments; additional shipping fees may apply.

6. Points and Rewards Program (if applicable)

6.1 If a points system is implemented, users can earn points from purchases, participation in events, and other activities.
6.2 Points are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are limited to uses designated on the platform.
6.3 We reserve the right to modify the points program at any time with immediate effect upon announcement.

7. Usage Restrictions

7.1 Users must not use the Fu Ning Group Platform for illegal activities, harassment, fraud, or infringement of others’ rights.
7.2 We reserve the right to monitor usage and suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms and take legal action if necessary.

8. Content Ownership and Copyright

8.1 All content on the Fu Ning Group Platform, including text, images, audio, video, religious materials, and teachings, are owned by Fu Ning Group Enterprise or used with permission.
8.2 Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the content is prohibited without our written consent.

9. Disclaimer

9.1 The Fu Ning Group Platform aims to promote traditional culture and religious faith; it does not provide medical, legal, investment, or other professional advice.
9.2 We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Fu Ning Group Platform.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
10.2 Disputes will first be attempted to resolve amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts where Fu Ning Group Enterprise is located.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the platform.
11.2 Users are encouraged to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of changes.
